Die Planungsmethode BIM (Building Information Modeling) gewinnt in der Bau- und Immobilienwirtschaft zunehmend an Bedeutung. Infolge des Einsatzes der BIM-Planungsmethode ergeben sich neue Formen der Zusammenarbeit, neue Verantwortlichkeiten und Pflichten. Die rechtlichen Beziehungen zwischen den Planungs- und Baubeteiligten müssen neu ausgerichtet werden. Die Autoren stellen die Problemfelder dar und zeigen Lösungen auf.
